Received a damage product? Please email us within 5 days of receiving the item for us to fix it for ya! Email hello@klayand.co

Please treat your product with love and care! Damages caused by improper care are not our responsibility. But we know you’ll take great care of them!

If your mystery bag item is damaged, we will exchange the damaged item for a non damaged item. Mystery Bags are exempt from returns due to the nature of the products.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. You are more than welcome to exchange any item you wish to return within 7 days of receiving then.
